friendly staff, rich breakfast. Silence, maybe because our room didn't toward the street ( we were face to the East).
1. some equipments didn't work but they don't know and haven't repair them, such as lights, card sensor and the shaky toilet. 2. Not the nearest hotel to the Saint Station, a little bit far away from the station when you have a heavy luggage.

The location was very convenient for sightseeing.
Upon arrival, our triple room was not available as promised. We were forced to share a bed, uncomfortable and unacceptable for three people. The air conditioning was noisy all night. The bathroom had mold around the shower, and the overall maintenance of the room seemed lacking for a supposed 4-star hotel.

Good breakfast,location,nice room,free wifi and printer and they gave us a box of welcome chocolates.
We stayed for 3 nights and our room smelled cigarette smoke all the time.

The hotel was clean. The staff were genuinely friendly and communicated fluently in English. The city view from the room was a lovely highlight for our group.
The location requires a decent 15-20 minute walk to reach the city center.

Welcoming drink and greeting; location close to main train station in Bacelona. Room reasonably spacious, clean and quiet facing courtyard. Excellent buffet breakfast (albeit extra cost).
Bed was extra firm. Turning on the airconditioning brought in a lot of cigarette smoke from other rooms/areas of the hotel. Slightly overpriced.

no internet. the stuff tried to fix the problem and even changed us room but still we were left with no internet. we really needed it for our work so it was a huge disappointment.
